New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. To withdraw winnings from the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000). Bonus funds or winnings from them cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

5.2 Other Promotions

• Weekly vip taka Reload Festival: 50% bonus on weekly deposits, up to ৳3,000, wagering 15x, minimum deposit ৳300.
• Cricket Accumulator Bonus: 30% bonus on cricket or sports bets, up to ৳2,000, wagering 12x, minimum deposit ৳300.
• Birthday vip taka Gift: For verified accounts, a reward of up to ৳1,000 in your birthday month, wagering 10x.
• Refer a Friend Bonus: A reward of up to ৳500 for each active friend who registers, wagering 8x.
• Monday Slot Charge Up: 40% bonus on deposits for slots on Mondays, up to ৳2,500, wagering 18x, minimum deposit ৳300.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus may be claimed only once, unless the offer states otherwise.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be shared or transferred to others.

• Any attempt to claim a bonus through fraudulent means will result in the account being closed.

6.1 Technical Issues

If a connection is lost or a technical error occurs during a game, the game server's record will be considered final. vip taka is not liable for losses resulting from network issues.

6.2 Malfunctioning Games

If a bet wins abnormally due to a fault in the game interface or software, that bet will be considered void. In such cases, only the original bet amount will be refunded.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

• Operating games using bots or automated software.

• Colluding with other users to manipulate bets.

The vip taka VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Tiers are upgraded automatically based on active play.

7.1 Weekly Cashback

Weekly cashback is given on net losses at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback. Example: a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week gives ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Cashback is calculated by subtracting total winnings from total losses for the week. Cashback is paid only on net losses.

7.2 Tier Changes

You can move up to a higher tier by staying active and continuing betting activity. If there is insufficient activity within a set period, your tier may be adjusted.
